Healing session with energy cleansing. We will check in by video call and feel what is needed to shed off that what no longer serves you, (also known as) stagnant energy. This will include a talk, guided meditation, perhaps some (yoga) movements, and energy cleansing. Here I will tap into your energy, help to clear out and add what already belongs to you. This is pure light energy, the energy of your home  planet, and your own inner light wisdom. Happy to help out, transforming the energies. So that you can flow your sparkles.

We will work together every week, or once in 2 weeks.
This is a program of 5 sessions. Every one is connected to a sertain element based on the wheel of Chinese medicine: Metal/water/wood/fire/earth.
We will talk, move, dive into this element and what this represents for you. These sessions will be included with energy cleansing and after every session I will share some life hacks which we trained during the session. So that you can easily work with this element during the week(s).

Shiatsu supports the self healing abilities of the body. By pressing/massaging the pressure points on the Meridians (energetic pathways) I'm talking to your body and supporting the energy to flow more freely again. The elements: metal, water, wood, fire and earth are represented in our body and are connected to our organs, hormonal and emotional well-being. Shiatsu is a beautiful treatment to connect more fully to your body when you feel the energy moving in your system.

The face has reflex zones for the entire body and also promotes cell division/rejuvenation of the skin in a natural way. The pressure points on the face and around the head stimulate, among other things, the sense of sight, hearing and smell. Energetically speaking it is also about insights, listening and being heard.

A combination of inner child work, trough focussing on an intention/question. Where coaching and guided meditation are the tools for this session. In combination with a Shiatsu massage to help transform the energy of the past where needed.

A relaxing oil based massage where everything just flows together. An intuitive journey, specially tuned in for healing.

By vacuuming the skin, more blood is sent to the area that is being cupped. This ensures that the inner waste comes to the surface (detox) and the connective tissue can become softer. This massage can also soften the skin in case of hardened scar tissue. Repetition is an important element. This treatment is in combination with an oil-based relaxation massage so as not to demand too much of the body. I use silicone cups so that I can make gentle movements over the body. If the connective tissue is very tight, you can even feel it being pulled looser. The connective tissue is the substance between the bones and muscles, which can cause accumulations during stressful periods. This massage could cause tiredness, the effect of the detox. However, after a day (or 2) you will feel more fit and more flexible again.

The softest touch feels closer and more intimate than a full firm touch.
This is an intensely soft oil massage where I repeatedly stroke the Bladder meridian, which stimulates the body's self-healing capacity because of it's connection with all the organs. The bladder meridian, the representation of the water element within us, is connected to our own flexibility and emotional world (flexibility in the brain). It also activates the Do-Mai meridian along the spine, this energy channel represents your motivation, so that you can confidently tackle the things you like to do. This treatment helps balancing the connection between the left and right brain hemispheres. This massage is a blessing for the nerve pathways in the body and therefore provides intense, deep relaxation.
Especially good for treating Burn-out and stress related conditions.

This beautiful flowy massage (with lots of oil) is inspired by the water element. Water is cleansing, water is moving & a representation of our emotional world. During this session I put the intention of moving the internal energy. Where once that was stagnant energy, may flow out. But most of all you will feel the connection of the whole body. From the head, towards the feet. Embracing the water element, which is about emotions, flexibility & cleansing. Flowing like water, captured in safety. You will feel liquid and supported.

It's as if you are re-meeting you belly. Having the focus upon this powerful part of the body, creates understanding, appreciation and a softer eye. Our ''Ki'' energy should be strong and free-flowing, to have a positive state of health in body and mind. Our ''Ki'' force is stored in our bellies. By massaging the belly we are softening the fascia and elevating the energy in the organs. I'm honored to give this massage on the most vulnerable part of your body. To be able to feel relaxed and powerful in your belly, creates a beautiful base for your whole being.

Emphasizing with your (home) planetary system and channeling it's energy, to return this into your cellular-system. This session combines massage and light language. There where the astral and earthly energies merge into the center of the universe: your heart. So that you can elevate into your true self.

Conscious Connective Breathing

Guided meditation and breathing session. By gathering more oxygen into your system, you are able to release old traumas that were captured into the body. By doing the work yourself, you gather strength and inner wisdom. I'm here to guide your proces. The non-space at the end of the session can be used to visualize your dreams.
